Getting There

The Salem Art Fair & Festival is located in beautiful Bush’s Pasture Park, just outside downtown Salem.

Nestled under the canopy of towering White Oak trees, the Art Fair takes place in one of Salem’s most picturesque destinations. The 90-acre park also features woodland areas, open meadows, a rose garden, playgrounds, and sports fields. And it’s the home of the Salem Art Association, which operates the Bush Barn Art Center and Annex, and the Bush House Museum. Below you will find information on getting to the event.

CHERRIOTS FRIDAY SERVICE

You might consider taking Cherriots on Friday. There are convenient routes along Mission Street and South Commercial St. with stops blocks from our five entrances. For schedule and times please refer to www.cherriots.org

GROOME TRANSPORTATION SHUTTLE

Our new partner Groome Transportation sponsors FREE rides from two accessible downtown locations. Park your car at Marion or Pringle parkades and the shuttle will transport you at Bush’s Pasture Park, Saturday from 10:00 am – 9:45 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm.

WALK & BIKE

Walking or biking to the Art Fair is a great way to take in the scenery along the way. Entrances are conveniently located on all sides of the event.

LYFT & UBER

Lyft and Uber are new services for Salem, allowing you to quickly hail a driver to your location right from your smartphone.  This is the best option for those wanting to scope out the event’s two craft beer and wine gardens.

DRIVE

Let’s face it, driving is convenient. However, be mindful that parking can be limited. The nearest parking spots are in the stadium lot along Mission Street SE, and along the streets surrounding the park. Handicapped parking can be found on Leffelle Street SE, and in the parking lot that connects to the Bush Barn Art Center and the Bush House Museum, on Bush Street SE.

  1. Take Exit 253 (Mission Street)
  2. Head west approximately 2.6 miles on Mission Street
  3. Bush’s Pasture Park is located on the left side (south side) of Mission Street, corner of Mission Street SE and High Street SE.
