COLLAGE AS EXPRESSION WITH HANNAH THEISS
Sunday, April 12, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Ready to up your Collage game? Class is for 18+. Youth 10-17 can attend with an adult. Tickets must be purchased for each attendee.

This is an introductory class to make unique and expressive Collage artworks. We will think about texture, line, shape, and then, we’ll play! Collage is all about transforming existing materials into something new; altering and redesigning spacial relationships. It can be as simple or as complex as you want to make it. Professional artist Hannah Theiss will help you see this medium with new eyes, and teach you ways to use it as a powerful tool for expression.

All supplies will be provided. This will be an active art space, so please take that into account and dress for comfort.

Class will be limited to 16 participants so please register early.

Hosted by the Salem Art Association at the Bush Barn Art Center Annex.

Enter through the Bush Barn Art Center Main Entrance, then head over to the Annex. Come a few minutes early and enjoy the artwork in the galleries!
