Spend an evening with Salem composer John Edmonds as he discusses neurodivergence and its influence on the creative process.

Through modern and traditional means, Edmonds writes electronic orchestral fusion in odd and unsettling patterns of meter, melody, and harmony, crafting tensely calibrated Swiss watches of sleight and sound. This rare guided tour, featuring a sampling of recordings and scores, covers some of his favorite tricks and techniques for riding the twists and turns of his restless muse.

About John Edmonds

Edmonds grew up near Los Angeles, where he studied with  some of Hollywood’s top recording studio pros at the renowned Grove School of Music. After completing programs  in contemporary guitar and composition, he taught and  freelanced for a few years before moving on to produce his own works. He also plays the Stick, a fretted tapping instrument with a full orchestral range. Find his music at  edmonds.bandcamp.com.
