Be A Part of Salem’s Biggest Summer Festivals!

This summer, Salem will host two of its largest and most beloved events — the World Beat Festival and the Salem Art Fair & Festival! These events rely on the energy and support of volunteers to make them happen- so we’re teaming up with World Beat to host two volunteer info sessions where you can learn more about how to get involved in these fantastic events. Whether you only have a few hours to give or want to be more hands-on in helping pull off these community events, we have volunteer roles for everybody: no matter your age, abilities, or experience.

These events are a big part of what makes Salem awesome and are the highlights of the summer for generations of Salem residents— and being involved is a meaningful way to support the creative, cultural, and community work happening here. We know your time is valuable, and volunteers will receive some pretty cool perks for volunteering, but more importantly, you’ll be part of something that matters: having a direct impact on your community, directly supporting Salem’s cultural non-profits, and supporting hundreds of artists, musicians, community organizations, and diverse cultural groups in Salem.
