About Brian Knowles' installation: The Wormhole Effect II continues the investigation into the combination of animation and installation. As the work is installed, stop-motion animation is made with the components; each day creates a new animation loop which is then incorporated into the installation. Knowles' hope is for the animated loops to create an extension in space and time by allowing the viewer to witness what has occurred within the space.
