The Salem Art Association’s (SAA) Community Arts Education Program is seeking qualified staff person for Project Space, a temporary art space in downtown Salem, during June, July and August 2015. SAA seeks a staff person with a passion for the arts, an interest in working with contemporary exhibitions, artists and events in our community. This position is paid by an hourly rate.

Executive Assistant

The Salem Art Association seeks a talented individual with a passion for Salem’s local arts community to fill the Executive Assistant position. The focus of this position is to provide the Executive Director with high-level administrative support including, but not limited to, conducting research, preparing reports, overseeing special projects, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as correspondence, receiving visitors and scheduling meetings. The Executive Assistant also serves as the Salem Art Association’s Volunteer Coordinator.
