SAM MARROQUIN | INHABIT: REFLECTIONS OF US
JANUARY 9 – FEBRUARY 22, 2026 | FOCUS GALLERY
Reception: Friday January 9, from 5:30-7:30 P.M.

I explore the human condition. Through my paintings, I investigate and expose truth in current and historical events. Exploring the environment, consumerism, and our own identities I reveal layers of information that lie beyond the surface.

Examining the transmission and dissemination of information, I delve into the ways in which we are distracted from important issues. I document and uncover narratives of the marginalized and underrepresented. These points of view comprise our collective experience of fact and fiction.
