Join Salem Art Association, Marion County Environmental Services and Salem Puppet Parade to turn trash into whimsical and endearing masks and puppets! This free workshop will help enable participants to participate in the Children’s Parade at the Salem Art Fair & Festival in style! Workshop supplies are provided, but we highly encourage participants to bring recyclables and extra cardboard for your creations.
