Salem’s Constant Billy to perform period music at Bush House Museum December 7th

What would Christmas music have sounded like to Charles Dickens, Queen Victoria or Asahel Bush and family?

Constant Billy will play the popular songs and tunes from that long-ago era at Bush House Museum on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 1-2pm.

Constant Billy is known for their Celtic and Americana music, performed with voices and acoustic instruments. For this special Holiday performance spanning the late 19th century and into the early 20th century, the duo- Emily Standish & Bill Galbraith- will do an entirely acoustic hour of holiday music from the 1870s- the period when Bush House Museum was completed and the Bush family was in residence.

LIVE MUSIC

Constant Billy will perform in period costume. There will be cappella music (songs with no instruments) as well as tunes and songs with both instruments and vocals. The audience will be invited to join in the singing! Learn more at www.constantbilly.com
