Limei Lai combines mixed media art, writing, and projection to reflect on her life between two cultures. She is curious about how history, memories and art inform one another. This body of work translates her findings in Asian American history research and Asian immigrant women interviews, focusing on women’s life experiences, intergenerational communications, and cultural conflicts.
