Our next Lunch & Learn workshop will be on Wednesday, September 28 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. with artist Jo Hockenhull. Jo Hockenhull is the featured artist in the A.N. Bush Gallery from September 2 to October 1

If you are curious about this exhibition and how it all came together, you won’t want to miss this Lunch and Learn. You’ll learn more about Jo’s process – she often combines painting and printmaking in a single piece. Experimenting with new materials and mediums energizes her work and she considers all her outputs as ”experiments.” In allowing the medium to use its own voice, she has a thrilling and sustained relationship to each piece, including a direct physical relationship – scale is always an important consideration. She wants the large paintings to overwhelm, creating a world that she can step into.
