2026 YOUNG ARTISTS’ SHOWCASE

Now in its 17th year, the Young Artists’ Showcase has grown into a highly anticipated event for K-12 students, teachers, and parents in Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties. The exhibit features artwork by hundreds of students at the Bush Barn Art Center.

This is always one of our most popular exhibitions and one you won’t want to miss!

Opening and Award Ceremony SATURDAY, MARCH 7, 2026

  • 1:00 P.M. Grades 6-12 Individual Artists Awards
Opening and awards ceremony: SATURDAY, MARCH 7 | BEGINNING AT NOON
IMPORTANT DATES
Art drop-off:Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 15 | Noon – 4:00 P.M.
Friday, February 20 through Saturday, February 22 | Noon – 4:00 P.M.
Opening and awards ceremony:Saturday, March 7

Art pick-up:Saturday, May 2 – Sunday May 3 | Noon -4:00 P.M.
SAA is not responsible for artworks remaining 30 days after the final pick-up date

APPLICATIONS

When your K-12 student participates in a Young Artists’ Showcase, they gain a stronger sense of self-expression, connect with a creative community, and are inspired to keep exploring artistic problem-solving and self-discovery. Drop off your young artists work noon to 4:00 P.M. either the weekend of February 13, 14, & 15 or February 20 & 22.
